Federal court records show that the prosecutor is IllinoisZurichAmerican Insurance Company (Zurich American Insurance Co.), the defendant is Sunshine International Corp.The focus of the case was a flight accident in Atlanta in December 2018, in which the pilot Wei Chen (transliteration: Wei Chen) and three company partners were killed.
One of the four people killed in this crash was the Memphis business leader: Wei Chen Michael Schwab
Chen is a Memphis resident and the CEO of Sunshine Group, a company that mainly deals in Chinese construction and industrial equipment.
Zurich Insurance Company (Zurich) It claimed that Sunshine Group answered "NO" when asked if it was enough to own or operate the aircraft when applying for employee welfare insurance.The lawsuit alleges that Chen Aircraft, a subsidiary of Sunshine Group, owns the aircraft.
Zurich Insurance CompanyIt is hoped that the court will decide whether the application is invalid and whether another insurance company that helps Sunshine Group provide protection is really responsible for this claim.
